Becky and Mary were able to come home to see Alex and Dad for a few days each, sadly overlapping for only one day. Needless to say, we made the most of our time together and managed to get in a few informal pictures, and a lot of laughs. Do I need to mention that we had a great time?
Apparently touching ones nose with your tongue is a family talent. Silly kids. Don't worry, Mary, I can't do it either.
It is turning into somewhat of a tradition that the girls go have a pedicure, so we did that while Grandpa and Uncle Alex took care of baby Katy. Mary had brought her and she is such a good baby, we enjoyed having her with us.
She was fascinated with my cat Gus and to my great surprise, he seemed to equally interested in her too.
If you anything about our family, you know we love ice cream so we gladly drove Northeast to Brennan, to tour the Blue Bell ice cream factory. Just twist our arms to have a sample scoop. or two.
